Corduroy Coffee and Clay

Corduroy Coffee & Clay has been present at their current location since 2022. Located in a central business district, they were able to set up their coffee trailer in front of a raised home. However, they wanted to expand their business from a coffee trailer to a full coffee shop and ceramic retail space. The owner built-out open space beneath the house and surrounding outdoor areas, and we designed a separate building in the back to help service the open areas in the front. We utilized a similar residential design found in the historic front house to create a cohesive environment.
