About Sarah Lewis-Rubio

Sarah Lewis-Rubio brings a long-standing background in operations, hospitality, and property management to her role as Office Assistant. Known for her organized style and thoughtful approach to client care, she helps the studio run smoothly and supports the team’s day-to-day workflow. Before joining the firm, Sarah spent over a decade in hospitality and management—focusing on Specialty Coffee—where she earned a reputation for detail-oriented, people-centered service. In 2020, she served as a keynote speaker at the Galveston Herb Fair, presenting on sustainability and the chain of custody in specialty coffee, underscoring her ongoing commitment to community-focused, thoughtful practices.

Since moving to Galveston from the Southwest in 2010, Sarah has become deeply connected to the community through volunteer work and local events, and has developed a genuine appreciation for the island’s historic architecture and coastal charm. You may often find her walking the East End Historic District with her husband, their kiddos, and their pup—pausing to admire wrought-iron fences, wraparound porches, and the intricate touches that give each home its own unique personality. She’s set herself a personal goal of seeing the inside of every unique home in Galveston, a passion that keeps her exploring and connected to the community.
